Steve Ryan and Tracy Shell grew up working in family businesses, learning how to manage and coordinate the many functions involved with building and remodeling. Our goal is not to become one of the biggest builders in Michigan but to provide the highest quality at the lowest possible cost. This is achieved by managing overhead and working closely with suppliers and subcontractors to review, improve and streamline the construction process.
